Swirnow Structures NJ Northeast LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro D500 composite floor system has been used on Vail Mansion, located in Morristown, New Jersey. Originally built in 1922 by Theodore Vail, president of the American Telephone and Telegraph Company, the Mansion has been expanded to create luxury residences.
Belle Construction LLC of Fairfield, NJ was the General Contractor; and Barton Partners of Norristown, PA, was the Architect. Vail Mansion also incorporates light gauge steel framing and trusses by American Panel Tec of South Plainfield, NJ.
“Vail Mansion is truly a unique project,” says Michael D. Snyder, Swirnow’s Northern Regional Vice President. “No detail has been overlooked in an effort to provide residents with spectacular on-site amenities. Therefore, it is only natural that Hambro was selected.”
