Swirnow Structures MD East LLC congratulates Carl M. Freeman Companies on the grand opening of its first New Castle Condominium in Bayside, the award-winning waterfront golf community near Fenwick Island in Selbyville, Delaware. This three-story luxury condominium features the Hambro^® Composite Floor System, specifically Hambro D500 joists.

The Martin Architectural Group, Inc. of Philadelphia, PA was the architect; and Architectural Engineering:Structure, also of Philadelphia, was the engineer.
