Justison Landing

Swirnow Structures MD East LLC proudly announces that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for Justison Landing, a $400-million mixed use project located on the Christina River in Wilmington, Delaware. Specifically, Hambro D500 joists will be used on the residential portion of the project that will ultimately include 260 condominiums.

The Buccini/Pollin Group, Inc. of Wilmington is the developer; J.J. DeLuca Company, Inc. of Springfield, Pa is the general contractor; Burt Hill of Philadelphia, PA is the architect; and O'Donnell Naccarato MacIntosh also of Wilmington is the engineer.

“Justison Landing is the largest development project in the City of Wilmington since World War II,” says John C. Stahl, Swirnow’s Vice President/Sales. “We’re pleased that Swirnow and Hambro^® will be a part of this historic undertaking.”
