The Hills at Rivington

Swirnow Structures East LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro® Composite Floor System has been chosen for The Hills at Rivington, a new residential community currently under construction in Danbury, Connecticut. Located on the 321-acre former Union Carbide corporate campus, the project will feature Hambro D500 joists bearing on wood frame.
WCI Communities, Inc. of Valhalla, New York is the developer and general contractor; Looney, Ricks, Kiss Architects of Memphis, Tennessee is the architect; and Cates Engineering of Centerville, Virginia is the engineer.
“Rivington is one of the largest master-planned communities in the region,” says Michael D. Snyder, Swirnow’s Vice President/Sales. “We’re proud that Hambro® was selected for these 90 mid-rise condominiums which will be the first homes available in the Rivington community.”
