Heron Harbor

Swirnow Structures MD East LLC proudly announces that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for Heron Harbor, an exciting waterfront condominium community currently under construction in Havre de Grace, Maryland. With direct water views of the Susquehanna River meeting the Chesapeake Bay, the project will feature Hambro D500 joists bearing on structural steel.

JSG Homebuilders, Inc. of Baltimore is the developer; Obrecht-Phoenix Contractors, Inc. of Timonium is the General Contractor; Marks Thomas Architects of Baltimore is the architect; and Skarda & Associates of Baltimore is the engineer.
