Swirnow Structures PA East LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for Plush Mills, an exciting new senior rental community currently under construction in Wallingford, Pennsylvania. Located in the heart of Delaware County, the project will feature Hambro D500 joists bearing on steel studs in 124 independent living apartment homes.

Sage Senior Living, LLC of Crofton, Maryland is the developer; The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company of Baltimore is the General Contractor; R.M. Sovich Architecture of Baltimore is the architect; and Mincin Patel Milano, Inc. of Baltimore is the engineer.
