Swirnow Structures PA East LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for Wellington, an exclusive four-story luxury condominium residence in the award-winning, master planned community of Eagleview in Exton, Pennsylvania. This limited collection of extraordinary condominium homes will feature Hambro^® D500 joists bearing on steel stud load-bearing wall panels provided by American Panel Tec of South Plainfield, New Jersey.

The Hankin Group of Exton is the developer; Wellington Construction Company Inc. is the general contractor; Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners of Lambertville, New Jersey is the architect; and John A. Westenberger P.E. is the engineer.
