Swirnow Structures NJ Northeast LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System will be used in Englewood Commons, a new neighborhood of housing, offices and stores that will transform a deserted industrial strip in Englewood, New Jersey into an exciting town center. Two mid-rise luxury apartment buildings will feature Hambro^® D500 joists bearing on steel stud load-bearing wall panels provided by American Panel Tec of South Plainfield, New Jersey.

Capstone Building Corporation of Birmingham, Alabama is the general contractor; Minno & Wasko Architects and Planners of Lambertville, New Jersey is the architect; and Associated Engineering Consultants, Inc. of Wayne, Pennsylvania is the engineer.
