The Station at Westside I

Swirnow Structures NJ Northeast LLC is proud to announce that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for The Station at Westside I, the first of two new luxury mid-rise condominiums on the West Side of Jersey City. Conveniently located directly across from the Westside Avenue Hudson-Bergen light Rail Station, the project will feature Hambro^® D500 joists bearing on steel stud load-bearing wall panels provided by American Panel Tec of South Plainfield, New Jersey.

PRK Builders, Inc. of Morris Plains, New Jersey is the developer/builder; Lindemon, Winckelmann, Deupree Martin and Associates, PC of Jersey City is the architect; and Nacamuli Associates of Elizabeth is the engineer.

"The residential market on Jersey City's west side is currently booming," says Michael D. Snyder, Swirnow's Vice President/Northern Region. "And we're proud to be a part of it. We've built dozens of residential projects with Hambro^® in New Jersey, and as long as the boom continues, we hope to build dozens more."
