Bryant Landing!

Swirnow Structures LLC proudly announces that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System is being used in Bryant Landing, a senior independent living residence in Roslyn, New York. Located in the Village of Roslyn's Historic District with a breathtaking view of Hempstead Harbor, Bryant Landing will feature Hambro^® D500 joists bearing on steel studs. The scheduled completion date is late fall of 2006.

Britt Realty LLC of Hauppauge, New York is the developer; David Mammina Architects, PC of Forest Hills is the architect; and Christie Engineering Corporation of Chester, New Jersey is the engineer.
