Barger Brook Manor

Swirnow Structures NYC LLC proudly announces that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for Barger Brook Manor, a senior residential development located in Yorktown, New York.

Set on 50 wooded acres, Barger Brook Manor will consist of approximately 150 dwelling units of independent senior living in a four-story building. Scheduled for completion in late 2006, the project is currently under way with over a quarter million square feet of Hambro^® D500 Floors being installed.

Barger Brook is being developed by Yorktown Realty Associates LLC, of which Louis R. Cappelli, President of Cappelli Enterprises, is managing partner. Cappelli is one of Westchester's most prominent developers.
