The Hill at Whitemarsh!

Swirnow Structures LLC proudly announces that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for use at The Hill at Whitemarsh, an exciting new senior living community in Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania.

At the site of the former Eugenia Hospital, The Hill at Whitemarsh will consist of a 511,450 square foot facility that will include over 330,000 square feet of Hambro D500 Floors. When the facility opens in February of 2007, 189 apartments will be available. L.F. Driscoll of Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, in joint venture with Intech Construction of Philadelphia, is the General Contractor. The Architect is EGA Architects PC of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
