Rockville Town Center!

Swirnow Structures LLC is pleased to announce that the Hambro^® Composite Floor System has been selected for use at the condominiums at Rockville Town Center, an exciting new development that will ultimately be the centerpiece of downtown Rockville, Maryland.

At the site of the former Rockville Mall, the first of five condominium buildings is already under construction. Phase one will include over 254,000 square feet of Hambro D500 floor joists. By the project's completion in the Fall of 2006, approximately 1 million square feet of Hambro^® will have been installed.

Danac Corporation is the developer, and The Whiting Turner Contracting Co. of Baltimore, Maryland is the general contractor.
