Pulte Homes Selects Swirnow!

We are proud to announce that we've concluded a Master Agreement with Pulte Homes, a Fortune 500 company, to supply the Hambro^® Composite Floor System for upcoming condominium projects on the east coast.

The contract provides for an unlimited number of projects; and currently 3 projects with more than 800,000 square feet of Hambro^® are underway in Andover, Massachusetts, Franklin, New Jersey, and Bethany Beach, Delaware, with others in design.

Hambro combines composite steel joists with poured concrete, developing a hybrid concrete/steel T-beam in one direction, and integrated with a continuous one-way slab in the other direction. The system is recognized throughout the industry for its fire ratings, ease of interface with other building sub-trades and simple installation.

Pulte is one of the largest homebuilders in the United States and was recently named "2002 Builder of the Year" by Professional Builder Magazine. In more than 40 markets throughout the United States, Pulte has built nearly 300,000 homes in its 50-year history.
