Swirnow is AIABALTIMORE's "Supplier of the Year"!

At the AIA Baltimore 2003 Excellence in Design Awards held at the Maryland Institute College of Art, David Segmiller, President of AIA Baltimore, presented the President's Award for "Supplier of the Year" to Swirnow Building Systems and John Stahl ".for his tireless service to the architectural community in both his role as a supplier through Swirnow, and in his work as a professional affiliate member of AIABaltimore."

As Chris Gunkel stepped forward to accept the award on behalf of the company, Mr. Segmiller added a personal note that "without John Stahl, a lot of what goes on in this Chapter would not be here today. And a lot of things that I accomplished as Treasurer and as President would not have happened. Unfortunately, John can't be here to accept this, but he worked really hard with me for the past seven or eight years. He deserves this more than anybody."

Thanks to John's hard work - and because of the esteem in which he is held by the architectural community - Swirnow has the distinction of being AIABaltimore "Supplier of the Year".
