Swirnow Structures LLC is pleased to announce that the Hambro® Composite Floor Systems were selected for three high-profile Assisted Living projects in Long Island, New York.
Peconic Landing, located on the north fork of Long Island, consists of 300 apartment units built on a steel stud panelized wall system provided by American Panel Tec of South Plainfield, New Jersey. The health center was designed with a structural steel frame. Both building types incorporate approximately 200,000 square feet of the Hambro D500 floor system.
Fulton Commons and The Bristol, both located in East Meadow Long Island, were designed by John Schimenti PC and developed by Sidney Engle of The Engle Group, both of Lynbrook, New York. The buildings contain over 200,000 square feet of Hambro MD2000 metal deck floor system.
