Swirnow and Morgan State University!
The Hambro Composite Floor System is the intelligent choice for student housing as Swirnow Structures LLC will be supplying the Hambro® D500 floor joists for Morgan State University's new privatized housing.
Once completed, the new housing community will encompass 5 buildings providing a total of 1,200 beds for both graduate and undergraduate students.
"The Hambro System has already proven itself a winner with dormitory projects," says John Stahl, Vice President/Sales for Swirnow . "The University of Maryland in College Park and Catonsville, Towson University and Gwynedd Mercy College in Philadelphia all built student housing with Hambro. The system has many benefits that make it a logical choice for this type of construction."
The development team is being led by A & R Development along with Academic Privatization . Harkins Builders is the general contractor; and Marks, Thomas and Associates was the designer.
