Town Center at Arundel Preserve

Swirnow Structures LLC is pleased to announce that the Hambro® D500 Composite Floor System has been selected for the Town Center at Arundel Preserve, a Smart-Growth project located in the heart of the Baltimore-Washington Corridor that will comprise approximately 1.3 million square feet of mixed-use development. Phase I of the project will include luxury apartments and retail space and will incorporate over 305,000 square feet of Hambro®.
Encore Development Corporation of Bethesda, Maryland is the developer and Cubellis Architects of Vienna, Virginia is the architect.
